- Offering advice and guidance to staff on various HR-related matters, while staying updated on employment issues.
- Demonstrate a thorough comprehension of the school's values, mission, and objectives, and devise, update, and execute policies that align with them.
- Serve as the primary contact for all staff HR inquiries, collaborating with the Director of Finance & Resources/Headmaster when necessary.
- Support and advise the Senior Leadership Team on staff appraisal systems and ensure the successful completion of the cycle (Experience in coaching-based appraisal and development is advantageous but not mandatory).
