Your new role
As the Standalone HR Manager for this SME, you will partner with the business to provide operational support across the full employee lifecycle. This will include process improvements, employee engagement, recruitment, advising on best practice in line with policies & procedures through to supporting the creation of practical people plans for the business.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally worked in a standalone SME business
Be CIPD L5 min (or equivalent)
Able to work 3 full days, Monday, Wednesday and Fridays, in the office
