Responsibilities:

Overseeing Payroll Operations Managers.
Enhancing leadership and structure within the team (over 50).
Managing payroll deadlines efficiently.

Skills required:

Experience in a Global Payroll bureau environment.
Demonstrable experience in managing UK Payroll Operations.
Able to deal with changing environments.
Able to strengthen team structures and service delivery.
