We are excited to offer an opportunity for an HR Advisor or an ambitious HR Admin looking to advance into this role. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their HR skills and grow within a dynamic team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support across various departments, ensuring effective people management and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and staff on HR procedures and best practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks and contribute to project work as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR administration with a keen interest in progressing to an HR Advisor role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR information systems.
