Day-to-day of the role:- Provide comprehensive HR support across various departments, ensuring effective people management and compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Offer guidance and support to managers and staff on HR procedures and best practices.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Handle HR administrative tasks and contribute to project work as required.
- Experience in HR administration with a keen interest in progressing to an HR Advisor role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR information systems.
