Job Title: HR Associate
Location: Waterloo, London - Flexible remote working
Pay: £16.50 - £17.50 per hour
Hours: 9:30am - 6pm, Mon - Fri, Full Time

Responsibilities: Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Associate! You will play a vital role in providing coordination and administration support for our HR function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP): Assist in delivering end-to-end global employment cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, training, and recruitment.
- Managing HR Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and HR operations.
- Maintaining Records: Keep HR employee records updated, manage HRIS databases, and prepare necessary HR documents and reports.
- Policy Review Assistance: Help the HRBP in reviewing and renewing company policies, the employee handbook, and compliance records.
- Engagement Projects: Support Business Unit Managers with employee-related engagement projects and communication initiatives.
- Employer Branding: Assist in delivering HR initiatives to strengthen the employer brand through effective recruitment and retention policies.
- Query Management: Be the first point of contact for all HR queries submitted via Jira. Respond and provide advice or escalate as necessary.
- Documentation Management: Manage and issue documentation related to offers of employment, onboarding, resignations, probations, promotions, salary increases, and reference requests.
- HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and update HRIS records in UKG.
- Strategic Project Support: Assist with the HR annual goals and strategic projects.
Experience/Skill Set:
- Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, while also being a team player.
- Strong integrity, reliability, and a keen attention to detail.
