Location: Waterloo, London - Flexible remote working

Responsibilities: Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Associate! You will play a vital role in providing coordination and administration support for our HR function. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP): Assist in delivering end-to-end global employment cycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, training, and recruitment.
  • Managing HR Administration: Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and HR operations.
  • Maintaining Records: Keep HR employee records updated, manage HRIS databases, and prepare necessary HR documents and reports.
  • Policy Review Assistance: Help the HRBP in reviewing and renewing company policies, the employee handbook, and compliance records.
  • Engagement Projects: Support Business Unit Managers with employee-related engagement projects and communication initiatives.
  • Employer Branding: Assist in delivering HR initiatives to strengthen the employer brand through effective recruitment and retention policies.
  • Query Management: Be the first point of contact for all HR queries submitted via Jira. Respond and provide advice or escalate as necessary.
  • Documentation Management: Manage and issue documentation related to offers of employment, onboarding, resignations, probations, promotions, salary increases, and reference requests.
  • HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and update HRIS records in UKG.
  • Strategic Project Support: Assist with the HR annual goals and strategic projects.

Experience/Skill Set:

  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  • Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, while also being a team player.
  • Strong integrity, reliability, and a keen attention to detail.
