Meraki Talent is partnering with a Professional Services firm based in London, looking for someone to take the lead on all aspects of HR. This position will include a strong focus on ER as this role will take the lead on cases.  Business Partner Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
  • Lead and advise on organisational development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Coach managers on performance management, feedback, and team development.
  • Champion a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support HR initiatives including engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and learning & development programs.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner position.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
