Job Summary:

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and operational support to ministry and administrative leaders, aligning human resources practices with organisational goals. The HRBP will drive initiatives in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, fostering a healthy and mission-aligned workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and retention strategies for both staff and volunteers.

  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices.

  • Support organisational change initiatives and culture-building efforts.

  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with leadership to support employee engagement and alignment with core values.

Requirements:
  • Human Resource qualification, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).

  • 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a partner or generalist capacity.

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
