Reed HR are looking to recruit a People Services Administrator on a temp basis HR responsibilities
  • To manage the HR email inboxes and assist with triaging queries to the wider team where required 
  • Support the collation of Establishment Control Process forms (recruitment forms) and notify recruiting managers of outcome prior to recruitment
  • Provide HR Advice to staff and managers
  • Keep HR Information up to date on the staff intranet • Trains new members of staff on systems and processes.
  • Responsible for allocating work and demonstrating compassionate, inclusive and collaborative working   
  • Take notes of meetings, as required and support the HR function where required
  • Ensure all Induction, OD and Learning Hub sessions are captured and evaluations are completed
  • Support the directorate to ensure that all information and documentation is saved and stored correctly
  • Maintain the Job Evaluation tracker and prepare papers for the job evaluation panels.
  • Support the information for internal and external audits, as required
  • Ensure all Workforce Approval Panel forms are completed to the standards required, referring back to the manager where further clarity & information is required
  • Develop and maintain data logs/set up new systems where current system are not fit for purpose to automate and digitalise people processes.
  • Collate and update information relating to equality information from both internal and external sources for reporting purposes.
  • Undertakes surveys on HR/OD related matters as and when required 
  • Ensure own work load is managed and planned in accordance with schedules and deadlines, seeking guidance from the People Services Manager/Head of HR/wider members of the team as required
  • Interpret organisational policies/guidance for dissemination to staff/managers/wider directorate team
