Reed HR are working with an Education Institute based in Central London to recruit a HR Administrator on a Temporary basis for 4-months. Pay rate is deemed Inside IR35 and is circa £17 - £22 per hour (depending on PAYE or Umbrella payment option). This job will operate on a hybrid working basis with days worked both from the office and from home each week, however flexibility is required to be in the office as per business needs.
The main purpose of this job will be to support the HR and L&D team with a variety of HR administrative tasks, including note taking in sensitive meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with staff learning and development initiatives.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
- Organise and take minutes for sensitive HR meetings, including Employee Relations activities, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.- Prepare and draft high-quality reports and communications for the senior management team.- Handle enquiries from learners, resource providers, partners, and stakeholders promptly and accurately.- Take the lead on organising L&D events, resources learning collateral- Provide HR support to the HR Director as required on a number of projects.- Undertake any additional adhoc duties as required
This is a professional and demanding HR Administrative role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have experience note taking within sensitive HR meetings, and be adept at managing sensitive information with discretion.
