The Role

We’re working with a prestigious global law firm to find a seasoned HRIS Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new cloud-based HR platform. This is a key role within a central PMO team, working in partnership with senior HR and business stakeholders across international offices.

You'll be involved from the early stages of vendor selection and RFP through to full implementation, including system integration across HR, Payroll, LMS, Benefits, and Reward functions. This is a hybrid role, requiring just two days per week in a central London office.

  • Salary: £95,000 - £100,000
  • Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities & Tech Landscape

This is not just an implementation role - you’ll be at the heart of organisational transformation. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of a new global HRIS system (vendor selection, RFP, rollout)
  • Managing cross-functional and cross-border project teams
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver change across Core HR, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Driving governance, comms, vendor relationships, and change management
  • Overseeing risk, budget, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle

Tech focus:Experience with leading HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is highly desirable.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a confident communicator and strategic project lead with:

  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle HRIS implementations, ideally in legal or professional services
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and business processes
  • The ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Project management qualifications (e.g., Prince2, APM) and a track record of success over 10+ years
