Are you an HR professional with a keen eye for policy development and compliance? We're looking for an Interim HR Advisor that can work with us on our policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and UK employment law.

Working for a well-known non-profit organisation based in London, this is a contract length of 4 months, you can work remotely in this role :

Your role:

- Researching, drafting, and updating HR policies and procedures

- Collaborating with stakeholders, including governance teams and staff representatives

- Conducting equality impact assessments (EQIAs)

- Managing policy approvals through relevant boards and committees

- Communicating policy changes effectively across the organization

Your experience:

- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices

- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

- Experience in policy development within an HR setting

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
