Looking for an interim HR Business Partner to:
- Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
- Collaborating with management to identify HR needs and solutions.
- Driving organisational change and transformation.
- Facilitating employee development and training programs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and practices.
- Managing HR projects as required.
- Reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- Prior experience in a strategic HR role.
- Not-for-Profit experience preferable.
- Immediately available.
