We are currently working with a market-leading global tech business that is looking to hire a People Operations Advisor to join their growing UK team. With over 500 employees across the UK, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a fast-paced, people-first environment where development is encouraged.
You’ll be joining a close-knit HR team of four, reporting directly to the Head of People. While the role will focus mainly on UK operations, you’ll also provide international HR support across European and American sites—so previous global exposure is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, UK employment law, and best practices
- Support employee performance management, including probation and appraisals
- Lead onboarding, inductions, and the leaver process including exit interviews
- Manage employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievances, attendance)
- Maintain accurate HR systems and records to meet compliance and audit standards
- Prepare and deliver HR reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Managing another member of the team
- Support the global People Ops team with various HR projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- HR experience in a professional services or fast-paced business environment
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR compliance
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working with or supporting international teams (EU/US preferred)
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with accuracy and initiative
