Job Title: Recruiter / ITA (~6 months experience required)

Salary: £30-35k basic + OTE

They are now looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to help drive internal talent acquisition!

Role:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates (4+ hours weekly sourcing, 5+ new candidates weekly to talent pool) to onboarding.
- Create engaging job descriptions and advertisements, posting on relevant platforms.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies (2+ social media posts weekly).
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Support the Senior Recruitment Manager with ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- 6 months of recruitment or resourcing experience
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Quick-thinking, positive and persuasive
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong desire to build a career in sales
