Senior HR Generalist
- Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Reed HR are working with a leading global energy company to recruit a Senior HR Generalist on a Fixed Term Contract basis until 31st December 2025. Based in the Central London office, this will be a hybrid working position with days worked both from the office and from home each week.
The main responsibilities of this job will be to support the wider HR team within the UK and globally with a variety of HR duties including leading on employee relations casework, maintaining and updating the Workday HR system, and liaising with Trade Unions.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide help and support to UK based client group as required including advising on any HR issues in a timely manner
- Lead on employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and sickness / absence cases.
- Maintain and update the Workday HRIS as required supporting any employees with queries
- Support the HR Business Partnering team with Trade Union meetings as appropriate
- Work with global teams offering support to HR colleagues where required
- Provide HR Generalist support to business on any ad-hoc queries or issues that arise
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification desirable
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist capacity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Workday HRIS system user experience
- Experience working and liaising with Trade Unions
- Experience leading on and managing Employee relations casework from end to end.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
