Job Title: Senior HR Operations Coordinator (Permanent)

Position overview: We are working with a leading alternative investment business on a new mandate - seeking an experienced HR Operations Professional.

The role:

Your key responsibilities would include:

  • Contributing and leading global HR projects as needed, supporting HR practices across regions
  • Providing first-level support for HRIS systems and ensuring all data integrity and compliance is adhered to
  • Process enhancement to identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, supporting the implementation of new workflows and system enhancements
  • Supporting the Benefits team
  • Maintaining and auditing employee in Workday HCM - identifying and correcting data discrepancies
  • Delivering first-class service and support across all HR functions and ensuring that SLAs are consistently met and complex issues are escalated appropriately
  • Collaborating with internal HR stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Mobility, Compensation & Benefits, Legal, HRBPs and supporting on a wide range of employee lifecycle activities
  • Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, delivering actionable insights to HR stakeholders

Desired experience:

Proven experience in HR Administration or People Operations, with strong knowledge of HR systems (preferably Workday) and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira. Familiarity with EMEA employment laws and compliance, with additional regional knowledge (APAC/US) as a plus. Strong communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A degree in HR or a related field is desirable but not essential.
