Role: Talent & HR Advisor

Salary: Circa £40,000 - £50,000 + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: London (hybrid working)

My client, a rapidly growing professional services organisation that delivers a range of solutions to clients across the globe, is seeking a Talent & HR Advisor to join their established HR function. With an emphasis on supporting recruitment, the role also offers the opportunity to be involved in other HR activities and projects.

The Role:

  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, job spec updates, candidate sourcing, interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Coach and support hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment process
  • Assist with reviewing and screening candidate applications
  • Manage the offer process, securing necessary approvals and issuing offer letters
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires
  • Stakeholder and external agency management
  • Produce accurate hiring data and monthly reporting to aid future decision making
  • Propose ideas and suggestions for improvements in relation to both recruitment and the broader HR landscape
  • This role will also support the wider HR team with ad-hoc projects and events that will enhance the employee experience

The Person:

  • Previous proven experience in a recruitment delivery role, ideally in an internal mandate, and with experience of supporting mid to senior level professional services appointments
  • Ideally of graduate calibre - proactive, enthusiastic with a 'can do roll your sleeves up’ attitude with a willingness to learn and develop in a supportive empowering environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience of working with an ATS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners
