Technical Support ManagerSalary: £40,000- £45,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am – 5pm Location: EdgewareThe companyOur client prides themselves on being people centric and due to phenomenal business growth, there has never been a better time to join them! A leading British manufacturer who dominates their market coupled with a family feel makes them the ideal employer. The company provide high end, bespoke products to the construction sector. They sell their products directly via their own internal sales team and through distribution partners. We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Benefits

  • As the new technical support manager, you will benefit from a basic salary of up to £45,000 for the right person.
  • Pension.
  • Bonus Scheme once probationary period is completed.
  • 25 days annual leave, in addition to 8 bank holidays.

About the Role:As a Technical Support Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will be a point of contact for domestic and commercial clients offering technical support on the product range.
  • You will answer any technical queries relating to orders from internal sales/account managers and distribution partners.
  • You will oversee global domestic and commercial orders, applying modifications and changes where appropriate.
  • Provide estimates & pricing for special elements within an order.
  • You will assist domestic and commercial clients with processing special orders and technical request.

What are we looking for in our new Technical Support Manager?

  • Experience working in the building materials/products sector, providing technical support to customers and internal staff.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of the construction application and requirements of the customer and allowing you to identify the appropriate products for the specific application.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
