- Promptly respond to requests submitted via IT ticketing system
- Identify and provide training for end users
- Create and maintain Manuals
- Assist with projects from Stakeholders
- Application fixes and enhancements
- On-boarding new team members
- Perform system audits
- Spanish or Portugese Language
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or other related work experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Great communication and training skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office 365
- Experience using Smartsheet and PowerBI and SDL advantage
- Related professional certifications preferred (i.e., PMP, DASM, ITL, etc.)
