Lead Technical Support required for our client a Global HVAC manufacturer who specialise in Chiller, AHUs & Renewable systems. Our client currently requires a Lead Technical Support required due to continued growth within the organisation. The technical Support engineer will be a remote based role with occasional travel to support clients and advise on technical support on commissioning
Lead Technical Support required will be joining the Technical Division which support the Service & Maintenance and Project teams.
Lead Technical Support Engineer will be tasked with providing to support on clients, service providers and commissioning of new units the range if chiller systems & DX units. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate who wants to work for a leading HVAC Manufacturer.
Lead Technical Support Position Overview
- Provide advanced technical support to customers, field service engineers, and internal teams regarding chiller systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to schedule commissioning activities and resolve any issues.
- Perform functional testing, start-up, and performance verification of chiller systems according to design and manufacturer guidelines.
Lead Technical Support Position Requirements
- Previous Chiller commissioning experience
- Previous technical support duties as Supervisor or Technical Manager
- Strong Chiller system knowledge
- Driving license and ability to travel Regional and National at times
Lead Technical Support Position Remuneration
- Salary of 50,000 depending on experience
- Up to 10% company bonus
- 22 days holiday plus bank, birthday and 3 days at Christmas
- All travel expensed
- Enhanced pension scheme
