Ryder Reid Legal is looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Service Desk Analyst to join one of our prestigious, global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing premium call centre and email support with application related issues and requests. The working hours for the position are 11am - 7pm.

The general duties of the Service Desk Analyst will include:

  • Fielding Service Desks calls, and either solving problems upon first contact or referring advanced problems and requests to the appropriate team member.
  • Tracking customer calls and recording detailed and accurate information.
  • Monitoring tickets entered into the Service Desk issue tracking system.
  • Completing customer requests in a timely and highly customer-service orientated manner.
  • Working to develop and maintain knowledge in existing and new technologies to provide the most effective support to customers.
  • Following our clients established policies and procedures in delivering service to the customers.
  • Handling other tasks and projects as required to support the overall Service Desk operations.

The ideal candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and also work well in high pressure situations. A minimum of three years' experience working in legal IT or professional services is required.
