A great opportunity to join a scale-up sports and fitness business as a Data Product Manager

THE COMPANY

The business is a data, services and software company that partners with governments, cities and sports bodies focusing on and maximising the ROI in major sports programmes, events and physical activity delivery. They specialise in using proprietary data, technology and know-how to enable their clients to maximise the health and social benefits derived from physical activity - helping clients to get more people active and shaping the future of sport.

And they are seeking to hire a Data Product Manager to help support their ever-growing product offering and roadmap for the future.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee integration process with data provider companies, ensuring accurate data matching and set-up of new integrations

  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data within the businesses database, develop and maintain the logic for KPI calculations for core products and services, working with other teams to implement these for API development

  • Serve as the bridge between the tech teams and data providers to facilitate the development and implementation of intergrations

  • Implement and maintain best practices for data management, ensuring data quality control

  • Define requirements and scope for new integration projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the success and impact of data in the products

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong background in product management and product development

  • Technical expertise in SQL, JIRA and Salesforce

  • Proven experience in data management and integration
