D365-Enterprise Finance and Operations Technical Project Manager
Role Profile:
This role requires a technically skilled and delivery-focused project manager with deep knowledge of D365 F&O, project finance, and integration-heavy ERP environments. The ideal candidate will be part of the wider Enterprise Digital Transformation function, delivering core systems that enable business efficiency, insight, and scalability.
Knowledge and Skills Needed to Fulfil the Role:
- In-depth understanding of D365 F&O, especially finance, procurement, sales, and project modules.
- Knowledge of Procure to Pay, Lead to Cash, and Project Finance lifecycles.
- Experience working with Project Operations within D365 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong grasp of integration principles (APIs, data services) for connecting external systems to F&O.
- Skilled in managing Microsoft version updates as well as code releases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft LCS, Azure DevOps, and related project/release tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical documentation skills.
Experience Needed to Fulfil the Role:
- Total 15+ yrs and atleast 5+ years of project management experience in technical D365 F&O implementations.
- Successful track record of rolling out ERP systems across multiple sites or business units.
- Direct experience replacing legacy finance systems and integrating third-party operational tools.
- Familiarity with lab operations or highly integrated operational environments is an advantage.
Experience working with Microsoft Partners and coordinating internal cross-functional teams
