We are excited to be working with a fantastic business who are continuing to grow. They are looking for an HR Systems Specialist to join their team.

The role requires someone who can managing and optimise the efficiency of their HR systems. You will be the main point of contact for any HR system related queries and any issues. You will need to train employees and managers on using the systems and analysing data for reporting.

Duties include:

  • Acting as primary owner of all HR systems including HRIS, ATS and LMS
  • Assessing and optimising HR systems to ensure they are meeting company needs and expectations
  • Implementing any enhancements and updates as well as integrations
  • Providing training and supporting HR team members and users on best practices of systems
  • Developing training materials and workshops to offer ongoing assistance
  • Conducting full review of the current system and revising any processes
  • Enhancing the HR systems and developing the enhancements of the system
  • Generating regular and ad hoc reports to support decision making processes and monitoring key metrics
  • Maintaining the system and accuracy and integrity of information stored

Key skills:

  • Previous experience of implementing HR systems
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and training skills
