ROLE: Senior Packaging Designer

Amazing opportunity to join a global alcohol manufacturer as their in house Senior Packaging Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brands through captivating packaging design

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of packaging concepts for spirits products, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and marketing objectives.- Translate brand identity and storytelling into compelling packaging designs that resonate with consumers and convey the unique essence of the products.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, product development, and production, to bring packaging concepts to life.- Manage the end-to-end packaging design process, from concept ideation and prototyping to final production and implementation.- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all packaging materials and assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.- Oversee vendor relationships and production processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a packaging designer in the drinks industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful packaging designs.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools.- Deep understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and consumer psychology, with the ability to translate brand values into visual elements.- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about packaging design solutions.- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques specific to the drinks industry.
