There is now an exciting opening within their Financial Lines Division, in a role that involves working collaboratively with Placing Brokers and providing technical support to assist with the placement of risks. This role comes with a generous bonus as well as excellent progression opportunities.
The Role:
- Responsible for dealing with clients and insurers in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with Placing Brokers in the team regarding Clients’ insurance or reinsurance requirement
- Preparing MRC Slips and Endorsements to execute the smooth running of all placement activities
- Utilising PPL to load track Slips and Endorsements
- Utilising the Brokasure Enterprise system to process transactions along with producing broker insurance documents, contract endorsement documents, premium adjustments and invoices.
- A&S Submissions of Open Market Premium to Xchanging in a timely manner.
- Liaising extensively with insurers and other third parties regarding the administration of Clients’ insurance needs
- Proof reading formal documentation to be sent to Client's
- Providing extensive technical and administrative support to the broking team and providing a lead to all members of the company on regulatory changes, licensing and market developments
About you:
- Two years plus of Technical experience required within a London Market Broker
- Experience in creating or processing MRC Slips and Endorsements (training to be provided if your experience is in processing)
- Has experience in Financial Institutions or Directors and Officers or Professional Indemnity Insurance or Reinsurance
- Experience in dealing with International Risks
- Experience in utilising PPL and / or Xchanging
