Real Estate – Client Director / Insurance Broker
£75,000 - £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Company
Your new company, is a market leading and global Lloyd's Broker, who now have an exciting opportunity for you to join their organisation as a Client Director / Insurance Broker within their extremely successful Real Estate Division.
This exciting senior position will see you working closely with the VP’s in the execution of ensuring the progression of this expanding, successful team.
The Role
- Working closely with the Director’s to ensure the exceptional delivery of all operational team activities including supervision of compliance and reporting output
- Actively establishing and building long term both internal and external relationships
- Nurturing and increasing client relationships by providing exceptional services
- Proactively identifying improvements across the team, working methods and client delivery and executing a positive solution
- Acting as a key point of contact for Clients and colleagues
- Supporting and coaching colleagues alongside the Director’s in assisting them in achieving their goals by attending regular catch up meetings and putting performance plans in place
- Taking full ownership of the accurate production of renewals and coaching Account Handler’s and Account Executive’s to do the same
- Assisting in projects
- Establishing ideas in technical and topic specific seminars and delivering training or lunch and learn sessions
Role Requirements
- 5 + years of experience within Real Estate or Property Insurance
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships and applying them in both formal and informal situations
- Proactive, forward thinking and able to executive ideas
- Experience in assisting with the encouragement and training of colleagues
- Progressive attitude
