We are recruiting for a client of ours, an established Insurance organisation, in recruiting for the Life and Disability insurance space as a Claims Specialist on a 2 year fixed-term contract. You’ll assess complex Life, Critical Illness, and Income Protection claims, support business development, and represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and manage life, CI, and IP claims within agreed limits.

Attend client meetings and support audits.

Contribute to process improvements and tenders.

Produce industry insights and share best practices.
What You’ll Bring:

CII Claims Diploma (or working towards it).

Proven experience in life and health claims.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of the UK protection market and relevant regulations.
