Are you looking for a varied role with excellent career potential? This is an exciting time to be joining this well established and professional organisation who are always looking to develop their staff. We are recruiting for an experienced loan administrator to join an existing team, with excellent scope to develop existing skills. You will be supporting the Underwriters with the mortgage application process, handling queries, liaising with brokers and solicitors, as well as other third parties.Duties include:
  • Supporting brokers and intermediaries with queries and updates
  • Checking submitted mortgage applications and documentation to ensure administration is complete
  • Completing searches
  • Liaising with brokers regarding missing or additional documentation
  • Liaising with solicitors throughout the application process through to completion
  • Reviewing financial information 
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone to verify security information
We are looking for candidates who have a passion for working within the financial services sector, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines on a daily basis. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, working as a team to ensure work is completed on time.
