Key Responsibilities:
Support lower secondary pupils who display extreme or impulsive behaviour, promoting calm and consistent classroom management
Work with young people in a school, youth support, or social care setting, helping them develop coping strategies for school life
Build trusting relationships to encourage engagement and positive outcomes
Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver personalised support and interventions
Role Details:
Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, term time only
Start: Immediate
Salary: 95-105 per day (dependent on experience)
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience supporting children or young people with challenging behaviour
Calm, consistent, and patient approach
Ability to foster trust and maintain positive relationships
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
