Inspire and support young learners with challenging behaviour. Join a dedicated special needs school in Ealing as a Specialist Teaching Assistant (Lower Secondary), helping students develop strategies, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lower secondary pupils who display extreme or impulsive behaviour, promoting calm and consistent classroom management

  • Work with young people in a school, youth support, or social care setting, helping them develop coping strategies for school life

  • Build trusting relationships to encourage engagement and positive outcomes

  • Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver personalised support and interventions

Role Details:

  • Hours: 8:15am - 3:45pm, term time only

  • Start: Immediate

  • Salary: 95-105 per day (dependent on experience)
