Job Title: Property Inventory Clerk

Location: West London and Central London

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with availability for every other Saturday and a day in lieu

My client, one of London's most respected high-end Inventory Company, is seeking experienced and knowledgeable Property Inspectors to join their esteemed team. With over 14 years of experience, they boast the most exclusive client list in the industry, servicing high-end clients across the capital. As their company continues to grow, we are recruiting top-level individuals to uphold their commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property check-ins, check-outs, and inspections across designated districts in West and Central London.
  • Utilise proprietary inventory software to document property conditions and defects accurately.
  • Complete detailed reports and submit them promptly.
  • Perform check-outs, collect keys, and compare inventory lists.
  • Capture photographs to supplement reports.
  • Conduct interim inspections as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Clerk or Property Manager.
  • Career-driven individual seeking long-term growth and progression.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service.
  • Keen attention to detail and common sense approach.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Professional and presentable demeanor at all times.
