MortgageAdministrator - Remote | Up to £30,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Growth

Are you an experienced mortgage administrator with a proactive, pragmatic approach and ready to help shape the future of a growing property finance business?

We’re supporting a newly established boutique property finance firm that provides bespoke mortgage solutions to HNW and international clients. Founded by industry experts with a clear vision, this is an exciting opportunity to be the first operational hire, working closely with the directors to build out and optimise the administrative and operational side of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit mortgage and finance applications to lender portals
  • Ensure files are fully compliant and documentation is accurate and complete
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of cases from enquiry through to completion
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Chase outstanding documentation and manage pipelines effectively
  • Support business development activities, including preparing documentation and structuring application packs
  • Contribute to building internal systems, suggesting improvements and driving operational efficiency
  • Help to onboard and train future junior hires as the team expands

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience in mortgage administration (Essential)
  • Is confident using lender portals and understands the end-to-end process
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and can bring a get-things-done attitude
  • Has a growth mindset and wants to be part of something they can shape and grow with
  • Can think pragmatically, spot inefficiencies, and isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas
  • Understands the value of structure, process, and client service but isn’t afraid to build
