Harnham is partnering with a leading video game brand who are looking for a Data Scientist to help them with as they look to bring in more personalisation into their gameplay and gaming experience.
As a Data Scientist you'll play a pivotal role in getting this new project off the ground this will involve, working with product teams to define the challenges, conceptualise how the personalisation will look, mapping the data, etc.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Data Scientist you will be tasked of the following:
- Collaborating with product team to understand their vision and challenges and look to use data science and statistical technical to help drive this
- Run experiments end-to-end on user behaviour, personalisation and more.
- Ideally develop the core-logic for a personalisation algorithm
- Work in their technical environment of AWS, Snowflake and Sagemaker
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Data Scientist will have the following:
- Strong Python, AWS, Snowflake and Sagemaker
- Experience working in a product-first environment for a user-focused brand in a sector such as Video gaming, gambling, eCommerce, tech, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A track record of success in delivering projects revolving around personalisation
THE BENEFITSOnce placed you can expect to receive:
- £500-£600 per day
- Outside IR35 status
- 6 month contract
- Either a hybrid or fully remote contract (from within the UK)
