Due to significant business growth, the Client is looking for a talented Senior Town Planner to join the team based in the London office! The successful Senior Town Planner will have the exciting opportunity to work and mentor projects across various sectors ranging from residential, healthcare, specialist housing and education, from small-scale developments to large mixed-use schemes!

The Position of a Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you must be able to work in a team environment, manage competing demands, and prioritise tasks for themselves and others, with the key aspect being to meet clients' expectations. You will be meaningfully engaged in all work streams of work, an active member of the team and a mentor to junior sta. It is essential that you are self-assured, and confident, enjoy the prospect of developing their client base and make a real contribution to the prosperity of the Company and themselves.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

  • RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
  • Either hold or working towards Chartered Membership of the RTPI.
  • Excellent report writing, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
  • Solution-focused
  • UK driving licence.
