Information on the role
- Support Project Managers with quotations
- Research costs of items e.g., transport, materials, labour, & equipment
- Establish & maintain relationships
- Acquire quotes from suppliers & contractors
- Provide provisional costings for leads & enquiries
- Conduct analysis on each project, comparing quotes & finished costs
- Create pricing documents
- Resource & procure materials
- Develop relationships with suppliers & manufacturers
What we’d like from you
- Estimating Experience in the Landscaping, Residential, or High-End Industries
- Customer handling & negotiation skills
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
