Job Title: Senior Landscape Architect (Chartered or Near Chartered)

Salary: 42k-45k (experience dependent)

Location: London, Nottingham or Edinburgh.

Type: Full time - Perm

Our client is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Communications, Sustainability and Planning.

Our client is seeking a talented, highly collaborative Landscape Architect with design flair and ambition to work within our busy Landscape team, based in London, Nottingham or Edinburgh.

Our client is interested in hearing from Chartered (or near Chartered) Senior Landscape Architects with extensive project delivery, studio and site experience.

You must also possess strong technical, drafting, and graphic skills, and have a proven ability to run medium to large scale complex projects whilst producing high quality results. You will be expected to work to tight deadlines and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary design teams both verbally and in writing.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Landscape Architecture
  • A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or other relevant Postgraduate/Master's degree.
  • Chartered member status of the Landscape Institute or equivalent professional status.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional design skills.
  • Proven experience of leading, building, managing, developing and working as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and client management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of working on medium and large-scale schemes at all work stages, running multiple complex projects and delivering high quality results.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of using all MS office applications and highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience of Sketchup and Lumion is desirable. AutoCAD and/or Revit may be tested at interview.
  • Experience of working in an interdisciplinary environment is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of the basic principles of horticulture and planting design.
  • Knowledge of quality and management theory
