The role:
- You will be handling a busy caseload and submersing yourself in the culture of the firm
- Primarily contentious probate files but other matters such as professional negligence too
- Support and delegate to less experienced member of the team.

- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Previous experience in Contested Probate - this is ESSENTIAL
