This role would see you join the advisory team which deals with a variety of work including:

  • Mental health
  • Court of Protection
  • Mental capacity and deprivation of liberty
  • Inquests
  • Medical treatment decisions and welfare planning disputes
  • Safeguarding
  • Access and funding disputes

Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking an healthcare lawyer with the following experience/characteristics:

  • Qualified solicitor or barrister.
  • Some prior experience dealing with either inquests, court of protection or mental health work.
  • Able to develop relationships with important clients and their key contacts.
