SAP Hana Programme Manager- Stakeholder Engagement, Leadership, SAP Hana
My industry leading client based in London is looking for a Programme Manager with expertise in implementing large-scale SAP S4 Hana as an ERP system across a complex organisation.
The implementation is taking place as part of a group-wide ERP rollout and this Consultant will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of the organisation's digital landscape and ensuring requirements are heard and addressed.
Please note this is an initial 12 month role and is inside IR35
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of SAP S4 Hana as an ERP system across the group, representing the organisation (digital, finance, HR etc.) ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation within budget and timeframe.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and streamline processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilise expertise in service design and user experience to ensure an intuitive and user-friendly ERP platform that meets the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and present business cases to ensure successful implementation of SAP S4 Hana, outlining potential benefits, ROI, and strategic advantages.
- Manage a budget associated with the implementation project, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring optimal utilisation of resources.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management, on project progress, risks, and issues, and recommend mitigation strategies as needed.
Experience required:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ERP implementation projects, with specific expertise in SAP S4 Hana.
- Extensive experience in service design, user experience, and data management principles, with a focus on creating cohesive and user-friendly digital solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Experience in change management and organisational transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
