SAP Project Manager, CSRD Finance requires a highly experience SAP consultant or SAP programme manager for this senior level SAP Project Manager job.

A unique opportunity has arisen, to join a global media group in a newly created role. This is an exciting time to be joining the business. As a Corporate Finance Sustainability Manager your role will be to bridge the gap between HR and Commercial Finance, reporting accurate data and providing analysis under their new corporate sustainability directive. This is a pivotal hire with a global remit, business partnering with HR and IT teams across the globe.

As this is a new directive, this role will be based on a 6-12-month fixed term contract with corporate benefits and has the possibility of being permanent. The business work on a hybrid basis (min 2x a week in office) and value their supportive and collaborative culture.

The role will require someone who has extensive experience with SAP and has previous experience designing as well as implementing new processes and procedures.

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and implement processes and procedures for accurate data collection
  • Subject matter expert on the new reporting directive; communicating it to all employees
  • Liaise with the HR teams to manage data flows, generating and analysing key reporting metrics
  • Provide data, reports and analysis relating to employees required by the directive for both permanent and temporary members of staff
  • Consolidate and review headcount reporting for actuals vs budgets/forecasts
  • Prepare reports for various stakeholders as well as the parent company to present annually

Key Skills and Experience required:

  • Very strong excel skills with reporting systems experience including SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you will be working with stakeholders across the globe
  • Ability to design and implement structured processes for data collection
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles - this role does not require you to be a Qualified Accountant
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to think strategically.
