Description
路 Work directly with the owner to lead and manage the factory.
路 Lead the designer and pattern cutting team.
路 Produce high-quality footwear patterns in line with design specifications.
路 Actively participate in design meetings and contribute to creative ideas.
路 Implement quality control measures to maintain the company's high standards.
路 Use CAD software to assist in the design and pattern cutting process.
路 Train junior staff members in the art of pattern cutting.
路 Assist in the sourcing of high-quality materials.
Profile
路 Womens footwear experience. A strong team leader, able to manage the design and pattern cutting team and work directly with the owner and creative director.
路 Excellent knowledge of pattern cutting and footwear design.
路 Proficiency in using CAD software.
路 An ability to work in a team and lead when necessary.
路 A passion for quality and an eye for detail.
