Our client are a multi-specialism Law firm and they are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Paralegal with a strong background in Landlord & Tenant matters. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic legal environment, providing support on a wide range of commercial property transactions to one of their Senior Solicitors.  

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in the management of a portfolio of commercial properties, focusing on landlord and tenant matters.
  • Draft, review, and manage lease agreements, licenses, and other related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and provide support on property acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage databases related to property transactions.
  • Support the senior solicitor with case preparation and document management.
  • Handle correspondence and perform administrative duties as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal within commercial property, specifically with landlord and tenant matters.
  • Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and property management software.
