Job Title: Immigration ParalegalLocation: London Salary: £30k-£35k

OverviewA progressive, people-focused law firm is looking for an Immigration Paralegal to support its specialist immigration team.The team advises individuals, families, and organisations on a broad range of UK immigration matters, with a focus on complex cases and high levels of client service. The role offers exposure to both personal and corporate immigration work, including points-based system applications and indefinite leave to remain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft visa, settlement and citizenship applications under the UK Immigration Rules.

  • Prepare supporting evidence bundles for Home Office submissions.

  • Conduct legal research and assist with drafting legal notes and client updates.

  • Liaise directly with clients in a clear, professional manner.

  • Attend client meetings and assist with follow-up documentation.

  • Support internal compliance processes, including file and time management.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong drafting and proofreading abilities.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and document editing software.

  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Well-organised and able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and willingness to learn.

  • Keen interest in UK immigration law.

Requirements

  • Experience in an immigration paralegal or legal support role is advantageous.
