Legal PA – 6 Month FTC

Leading US law firm housed in stunning city offices is hiring a new PA to work within the Corporate team, at Partner level for an initial 6 month FTC.

Up to £55,000

Excellent benefits

Hybrid working – 1 day remotely

9.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities for the Legal PA – Corporate will include:

  • Following the Firm's established document processing methods and procedures, creates, spell checks, edits and proofreads work product to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Transcribes handwritten materials and/or dictation
  • Prepares and creates new documents, presentations, spreadsheets and so forth
  • Prints a variety of documents including, but not limited to, emails and attachments and other documents
  • Sends emails with administrative rights on behalf of the attorney as requested
  • Schedules and maintains attorneys’ calendars
  • As requested, answers attorneys’/paralegals’ telephones and any other overflow telephones as requested, takes and relays messages
  • Prepares matter opening, conflict checks and arranges for matter closings

Key Requirements for the Legal PA - Corporate

  • A minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience, ideally within a corporate team
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
