Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Senior IS Support Specialist to join one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to support world-class legal professionals through exceptional technology services, while working in one of London's most dynamic law firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and effective IS support to internal clients.
  • Maintain and deploy PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, AV systems, and more.
  • Serve as a second-level technical resource for issue resolution.
  • Log and track issues using Footprints; contribute to the knowledge base.
  • Promote effective use of firm-provided software applications.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory in the Asset Management System.
  • Provide after-hours technical support as needed.
  • Participate in IS projects and uphold firm-wide standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11, iOS, Microsoft Office, Exchange, and SCCM.
  • Experience in legal or professional services environments preferred.
  • Ability to move equipment and work flexible hours, including weekends.
