Title: Senior IS Support Specialist

Ryder Reid Legal is currently recruiting for a Senior IS Support Specialist to join one of our global law firm clients on a permanent basis at their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to support world-class legal professionals through exceptional technology services, while working in one of London's most dynamic law firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely and effective IS support to internal clients.
- Maintain and deploy PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, AV systems, and more.
- Serve as a second-level technical resource for issue resolution.
- Log and track issues using Footprints; contribute to the knowledge base.
- Promote effective use of firm-provided software applications.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory in the Asset Management System.
- Provide after-hours technical support as needed.
- Participate in IS projects and uphold firm-wide standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, iOS, Microsoft Office, Exchange, and SCCM.
- Experience in legal or professional services environments preferred.
- Ability to move equipment and work flexible hours, including weekends.
