Established in 2000, my client is aspecialistin every aspect of industriallift design, installation, maintenance, and repairs, working across commercial and residential propertiesthroughout the Southeast of England.
Due to recent branch and contract expansion, they are now in the market for an experienced Lift Service Engineer covering the North London and Hertfordshire area.
The role will involve;
- Inspecting lift systems to identify potential malfunctions or issues.
- Troubleshooting lift components to diagnose mechanical or electrical problems.
- Repairing or replacing faulty parts within lift mechanisms.
- Conducting regular maintenance tasks to ensure lift systems operate smoothly.
- Responding promptly to emergency service calls to resolve lift issues and minimise downtime.
- Documenting service activities, including repairs made and parts used, for record-keeping purposes.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be required to have;
- A full UK Driving License.
- An NVQ 3 or J-Module, BTEC or City & Guilds equivalent in Lift Servicing.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role, managing a route independently.
This role offers excellent earning potnential, including the following benefits;
- A basic annual salary of up to 47,000pa depending on experience.
- Overtime paid at enhanced rates for all hours worked past 40-hour contract.
