Salary/rate: Salary is paying £46,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements: Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering
* Mechanical AP - Desired
* Legionella Awareness - Desired

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a High-End Commercial Environment in Bond Street, they are looking for a reliable Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the Site supervisors of the site.
Responsibilities: * Mechanical building services
* Commercial Plumbing
* Mechanical plant room checks
* Pumps
* PPM schedules
* AHU's
* Boilers
* Pipe Fitting
Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience as an Mechanical maintenance engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
* Strong building services background.
* At least three years' experience in an Mechanical/plumbing Maintenance engineering position
