We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Net Worth (HNW) Mortgage Advisor to join our prestigious financial services firm based in Tooting, London. This role is ideal for a dynamic and motivated professional who thrives in a high-paced environment and has a proven track record in providing bespoke mortgage solutions to affluent clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored mortgage advice to HNW clients, ensuring solutions meet their unique financial needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial situations, including income, expenditures, and existing assets, to determine the most suitable mortgage products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a network of HNW individuals, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date and compliant advice.
  • Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
  • Manage the entire mortgage process from initial consultation to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and compliance officers, to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mortgage advisory, preferably within the HNW sector.
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, services, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
